MARKA™ Shipping Policy

All merchandise is shipped from our warehouse in Allentown, PA. The following is our shipping policy:

• Orders placed by 11 a.m. EST, Monday through Friday, generally ship by the end of the next business day. This applies to all expedited shipping options as well as standard Ground shipping.
  
• Shipping and handling costs are based on distance from the warehouse and weight and dimensions of the box. These costs are calculated at the time the order is placed and will be detailed on your invoice.
  
• For domestic orders, we generally ship via UPS Ground or the US Postal Service (Priority Mail). All international orders will be shipped via USPS Global Express Mail. If you would like the bag shipped to a location where we do not currently offer service, please email us at customerservice@markaonline.com.
• Should you wish to expedite your order, you may select this option at the time the order is placed on the website and you will be charged for the additional costs of the expedited service.
  
• If your shipping location requires an alternate form of shipment, please make note on your order or email us at customerservice@markaonline.com and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
  
• Orders shipped within Oklahoma and California will be subject to state and local sales taxes (Oklahoma = 8.375%, California = 8.725%).
  

MARKA™ Return Policy

MARKA™ is committed to the highest level of customer service and customer satisfaction. We sincerely hope that you will be thrilled with any product you purchase from us. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make a return, please refer to the following policy.

• MARKA accepts returns within 30 days of the customer’s original receipt of the merchandise. (This is generally no more than 7 days after the invoice date.) We will provide you with a full refund, less shipping charges, provided the returned goods are in salable condition.
  
• ALL SALE/MARKDOWN AND CLEARANCE TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL! WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON THIS MERCHANDISE.
  
• Prior to shipping your return to us, please first obtain a return authorization (RA) number from us by sending an email to returns@markaonline.com. We will send you an RA form via email or fax to be included inside your return package. This will help us expedite the return and credit process.

• There will be a $25 charge if the bag arrives at our warehouse without the paper stuffing, a plastic bag, the RA form, or the RA number on the box.
  
• Returns shipped back after more than 30 days from customer’s receipt will not be credited. This will be measured by the ship date on the returned package.
  
• Refunds will be processed within five business days after receipt of the returned merchandise. The same credit card with which you made the purchase will be credited (less shipping charges). Depending upon the card used, credits may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. If you paid by check via mail, MARKA will issue a check made out to you and mail it to your shipping address on file. Please allow up to two weeks for the check to be mailed.
  
• In the unlikely event an item is damaged during shipping, or that there is a manufacturer's defect, we will replace it free of charge. Please follow the standard return procedures, but take care to ship the merchandise back to us with the same packaging in which it arrived to you and a description of the damage.
  
• Because orders are generally processed and shipped the same day that they are placed, we do not accept cancellations.
